Welcome to Influvilla — please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
The Platform is owned, managed, and operated by ASG TECH SOLUTIONS, a corporation registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Influvilla Features: A web-based service for creators to create, design, publish, and sell digital services such as consulting, subscriptions, live events, and 1:1 interactions (“Influvilla Features”).
Content: Any content created, uploaded, or made available by a Creator on the Platform.
Services: Facilitation of content creation, distribution, Subscriptions, and associated Platform features.
The Platform is a service provider only — Influvilla does not create Content for Creators nor operate as an educational institution.
By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms form a legally binding Agreement between you and ASG TECH SOLUTIONS in relation to your use of the Platform (including influvilla.com and associated domains, subdomains, apps, and services).
These Terms apply to Creators and Subscribers (collectively “Users”). Read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Platform Guidelines, Content & Creation Guidelines, and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — collectively the “Agreement”.
By using the Platform you confirm you have authority to enter into this Agreement and will comply with applicable laws. Access is conditional on acceptance and continuous compliance with these Terms.
To use the Platform or purchase Content you must create an Account. By registering you represent that information provided is accurate, current, and complete and you will keep it updated.
Registration is free. You are responsible for all activity under your Account. Influvilla may disable or terminate credentials or Accounts for breaches, suspected misuse, or illegal activity.
Creators: may be required to provide name, email, mobile number, username, bio, optional profile photo and links.
Subscribers: may be required to provide name, phone, email, and optional social identifiers.
Refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data collection and processing.
You must be at least 18 to sign up. Under-13s are prohibited. Users aged 13–18 may use the Platform only with parental consent and supervision; the parent/guardian accepts responsibility for the minor’s actions.
Access requires a compatible device and internet connection. You are responsible for maintaining device/software requirements and updates.
Keep credentials confidential. If compromised, change your password immediately and contact support@influvilla.com if you cannot regain access. Influvilla may enforce security measures such as forced resets or temporary suspensions.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. You may be redirected to external gateways to complete transactions. Review their terms and privacy policies — Influvilla does not control their practices and is not liable for issues arising from them.
Payouts use third-party partners. Creators are responsible for fees and for reviewing partner terms. Influvilla is not responsible for delays or errors by payment processors.
Creators must categorize Content appropriately and comply with Platform policies and applicable laws. Prohibited items include explicit sexual content, trafficking, illicit promotion, and other violations listed in Platform Guidelines.
Creators may receive a subdomain/page and tools to manage offerings, pricing, and interactions.
Creators retain ownership of their Content but grant Influvilla a limited license to use and process Content to operate the Platform. Influvilla grants Creators a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform subject to these Terms.
Creators may act as independent controllers/processors. They must safeguard Personal Data, provide clear privacy notices, and cooperate with Influvilla to fulfil data subject rights under the DPA.
Creators set pricing for their Content. Influvilla charges a Platform Service Charge (percentage of Creator Fee). Tax treatment (GST) depends on Creator registration status; details appear in creator dashboards or commercial terms.
Creators are responsible for tax compliance. Influvilla may deduct statutory levies (e.g., equalisation levy) before remitting payouts and may issue invoices or collect GST where required.
Subscribers can access dashboards, purchased Content, active Subscriptions, and manage payment methods.
Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased Content for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without permission.
Influvilla facilitates Creators’ offerings but is not a party to the underlying contract between Creator and Subscriber. Ensure compliance with local laws when accessing Content.
Payments processed via integrated partners. Influvilla acts as intermediary and is not responsible for refunds unless stated in platform refund policies. To cancel, contact support@influvilla.com.
Access may require a stable internet connection and supported browser versions. App permissions (camera, microphone, storage, notifications) may be requested; manage them via device settings. Automatic updates may apply.
Influvilla may remove Content or links that violate laws, these Terms, or Platform Guidelines. Communications are not actively monitored at all times, but Influvilla will act on complaints. User Content is not endorsed by Influvilla — you are responsible for what you publish.
The Platform, Content, and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influvilla disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Influvilla does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of Content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influvilla and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Your exclusive remedy, if any, is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the preceding three months.
You are solely responsible for Content you upload or share. You warrant you own rights or have permissions to use the Content and that it complies with laws and Platform policies.
You grant Influvilla a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, analyze, and process Content as needed to provide Services and improve the Platform. Influvilla may remove Content it reasonably believes violates these Terms or applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold Influvilla and its affiliates harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, breach of Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or Content you upload. This obligation survives termination.
All Platform materials (design, logos, code, text, media) are Influvilla property or licensors’ property. Do not reproduce or create derivatives without written consent.
If you provide Feedback, you grant Influvilla a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it.
You retain ownership of your Content, subject to the licenses granted herein.
Influvilla responds to copyright notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing Content and process counter-notices where applicable.
“Influvilla” and related marks are trademarks. Do not use them without permission.
Influvilla may modify these Terms. Where required, Users will be notified by email and/or via the Platform at least seven (7) days before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Influvilla may remove or suspend Accounts or Content that violate these Terms or the law, modify or discontinue services, and retain copies of Content post-termination for legal, security, or audit purposes as permitted by these Terms.
Subject to applicable law, Users may have data protection rights (access, correction, deletion). Users may withdraw from this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Platform.
Influvilla may terminate or suspend Accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Influvilla will notify you where reasonable unless disclosure would violate law, compromise investigations, or platform security. Termination does not entitle you to compensation.
Request deletion at support@influvilla.com. Upon deletion, Content may be permanently removed and obligations remain outstanding. Creators must ensure pending obligations to Subscribers are handled prior to deletion.
Provisions that by their nature survive termination (licenses, indemnities, liability limits, IP) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the internal laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru to the fullest extent permitted by law.
