This Policy governs all purchases made by Users on the Influvilla Platform (ASG Tech Solutions).
This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made by Users on the Influvilla Platform, owned and operated by ASG Tech Solutions. By accessing or using Influvilla and making any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
Influvilla acts only as a facilitating technology platform between Creators and their Subscribers and does not itself provide the services or content.
All bookings for live streams, live sessions, or live events are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Exception: If a live session is cancelled by the Creator or by Influvilla due to technical or operational reasons, the Subscriber shall be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
All purchases of digital content (pre-recorded videos, photos, documents, or other virtual products) are final and non-cancellable. Membership subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Users may cancel auto-renewal of subscriptions at any time via their account dashboard. Cancellation of auto-renewal will not terminate current access; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds shall only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
A 100% refund shall be issued only if the Creator fails to deliver the promised service or engagement as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
If a transaction is completed but the content is not delivered due to technical issues, or the service is not accessible despite successful payment, Influvilla will investigate. If delivery is not possible, a refund shall be initiated.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. The credited amount will reflect in the User’s bank account or payment source within 7–10 working days, subject to the payment gateway and bank processing times.
All tips and voluntary payments made to Creators are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Influvilla operates exclusively in the domain of digital content and services. Therefore, all purchases of digital goods and services are non-returnable. Once a digital product has been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or unlocked, it cannot be returned or exchanged. No physical goods are sold through the Influvilla Platform.

The Influvilla support team will investigate and resolve grievances fairly and transparently.
Influvilla reserves the sole right to approve or reject any cancellation or refund request after reviewing the transaction and relevant evidence. Misuse of refund claims, repeated abuse of policies, or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension or termination.
ASG Tech Solutions reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the revised policy.
