Influvilla provides in-app and email-based reporting systems for violations. Reports are confidential, reviewed within 72 hours, and acted upon promptly.

Users may appeal moderation decisions within 7 days. Appeals will be reviewed impartially. Frivolous appeals may be rejected. Reinstatement is allowed only after 1 year, subject to internal review, and is not guaranteed.
Influvilla follows industry-standard security safeguards. In case of a breach, users and regulators will be notified within 72 hours and mitigation measures activated immediately.
Influvilla commits to publishing moderation transparency reports, providing 7-day prior notice of significant guideline updates, and maintaining open policy communication.
